We are so excited to return to in-person classes and shows, and hope you are too! For the health, safety, and comfort of our entire community, we will strictly adhere to the following COVID safety protocols.
We understand that some people, for a variety of reasons, may not be able to adhere to our current in-person policies. For those students we will continue offering many of our classes and shows online when there is a demand for them.
We will continue to revisit these rules to ensure they are still appropriate for the safety of our students, teachers and audiences. We reserve the right to adjust these policies at any time.
Our current official COVID policies are as follows:
IN STUDIO CLASSES
- We require our students to be fully vaccinated from COVID 19. We will ask for proof. Our classes are in a small home studio and theres a lot of heavy breathing. Fully vaccinated means you have had the initial required complete vaccination course.
- If you are fully vaccinated from COVID and have had the most recent Bivalent shot, you can opt to go mask-less in class. If you don't have the most recent shot but are in the process of getting it or just don't have it, you can participate but you must wear a KN95 mask
- If you are not vaccinated from COVID at all, we cannot accommodate you. We are sorry.
- If a student shows symptoms of COVID, or any illness, or has been exposed to someone with COVID they must let us know immediately!
- When enrolling in an in-person class, we require a signed online Liability Release and COVID Waiver along with state ID, proof of vaccination and booster, which will be uploaded to your release before your class begins.
- For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to transition any in-person class to online learning at any time. No refunds or credits will be issued in this event.
- In the event that someone you’ve come into contact with during class falls ill, you will be promptly notified.
- Any person not following these rules may be asked to leave with no refund.
CORPORATE TRAINING & PRIVATE EVENTS
- Though we prefer everyone be fully vaccinated, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. Reach out to discuss more.
SHOWS
- The wearing of masks and/or performing a home test before students perform a show will be considered on a case by case basis by HVI.
- Rules for audience will be decided on a case by case basis. As of now audience doesn't not provide proof of vaccine and masks are strongly encouraged though not required.
