We are so excited to return to in-person classes and shows, and hope you are too! For the health, safety, and comfort of our entire community, we will strictly adhere to the following COVID safety protocols.
We understand that some people, for a variety of reasons, may not be able to adhere to our current in-person policies. For those students we will continue offering many of our classes and shows online when there is a demand for them.
We will continue to revisit these rules to ensure they are still appropriate for the safety of our students, teachers and audiences. We reserve the right to adjust these policies at any time.
Our current official COVID policies are as follows:
Everyone entering our classes and shows must be fully vaccinated and boosted at least once. In cases of the booster only, students due for a booster shot but unable to get one due to immunity from having COVID and recovering must provide a letter explaining that.
Masks are currently required all students at all classes, The wearing of masks while performing will be considered on a case by case basis by HVI. Regardless, all audience members must show proof of vaccination, booster and wear a mask.
When enrolling in an in-person class, we require a signed online Liability Release and COVID Waiver along with state ID, proof of vaccination and booster, which will be uploaded to your release before your class begins.
For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to transition any in-person class to online learning at any time. No refunds or credits will be issued in this event.
If you are experiencing COVID symptoms, you must not attend class. Credits or refunds will be given for missed classes only with proof of a current positive Covid test.
In the event that someone you’ve come into contact with during class falls ill, you will be promptly notified. Class sizes will be kept small to allow for adequate personal space. • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the Studio for frequent use.
•
Any person not following these rules may be asked to leave. If conditions change and we determine that in-person classes are no longer viable, we may transition back to online learning as needed.
